★ What are the service charges?

Incheon Seoul: USD 92
Gimpo Seoul: USD 55
*These are fixed fares, so you don't need to worry about additional charges.

★ What is the passenger capacity and luggage allowance?
Recommended passenger by Papa:
Passenger capacity: 4 people (maximum 5 people)
Luggage: We recommend up to 4 pieces of 24-inch carry-on luggage.

▷ Although the vehicle can accommodate up to 5 passengers, it will be very uncomfortable. We recommend a maximum of 4 passengers for a more comfortable ride.
▷ For luggage, if you have more than 4 pieces of 24-inch luggage, placing them in the vehicle's aisle in addition to the trunk may cause inconvenience during transit.
▷ Excessive requests for passengers or luggage may result in the reservation being declined due to safety concerns.

★How will I meet the driver for airport pickup?
Korean airports are quite large, and you'll have various procedures to go through upon arrival. Therefore, please consider the immigration process and duty-free shopping time when scheduling your pickup.
Due to language barriers and communication issues, there might be instances where you and the driver fail to meet. To address this inconvenience, we'll arrange a designated meeting point.

Designated Pickup Waiting Areas:
1. Incheon Airport Terminal 1 Arrival - 1st Floor Arrival Gate B
2. Incheon Airport Terminal 2 Arrival - 1st Floor Arrival Gate B
3. Gimpo Airport - Arrival Gate

Please note that Incheon Airport has two terminals. Regardless of the terminal, we will always meet at Gate "B". At Gimpo Airport, the driver will be waiting at the arrival gate.

You'll easily spot our courteous drivers holding a "Wootteo" name board to welcome you.

★What happens if my flight arrives early or is delayed?
Flight schedules often change, confusing with our meeting times. Please allow approximately 1 hour after your flight's landing time when booking your car.

< 1. TIP For early arrivals:
You can enjoy the facilities within the airport until the designated time and then proceed to the pickup point. While our drivers may be able to accommodate early boarding up to 20 minutes earlier depending on their schedule, they usually aim to arrive on time as scheduled.

2. TIP For delayed arrivals:
We understand that flight delays or baggage issues can occur. Therefore, we can wait for up to 1 hour from the scheduled time. However, additional waiting requests beyond 1 hour are not possible. If you fail to board even after 1 hour of waiting, it will be considered a no-show, and no refunds will be issued.

3. How do I meet the driver for a drop-off reservation?
Seoul to Incheon or Gimpo is a considerable distance, especially considering Seoul's traffic conditions. We highly recommend scheduling your drop-off reservation 3-5 hours before your scheduled departure time.
For hotel pickups, our driver will be waiting at the designated location such as the hotel lobby, nearby parking lot, or close to the hotel entrance. You won't miss our distinctive Wootteo vehicle.

5. What if my flight schedule changes due to unforeseen circumstances, and I need to inform the Korean driver?
To prepare for unforeseen circumstances, please provide your flight details when booking Papa Air, regardless of whether it's for pickup or send-off. Failure to provide flight information means we won't be able to assist you in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

PAPA Time offers convenient travel in Seoul and its suburbs with a time-based fare system.

While Seoul has a well-established public transportation system, foreign tourists are often surprised by the complex subway lines and rush hour traffic in the city center.

Moreover, Seoul is a city with many stairs and hills compared to cities in other countries. If you need to travel comfortably in Seoul and Gyeonggi without stairs, hills, and complex transfers, we recommend the PapaTime fare plan.

You can board a comfortable and spacious Starex or Carnival vehicle with the flexibility to add drop-off points and easily carry luggage for up to 5 or 10 hours within the time you rented.

★ What are the rates?

Overtime charge: USD 4 per 10 minutes / USD 0.4 per 1 KM

★ How to use the service?
For time-based reservations, detailed information about your departure, destination, and drop-off points should be provided. Please consider your schedule and select 5 or 10 hours accordingly.

★ Required information:
When entering the departure and destination: Please provide the detailed address and building name.
When entering stopover points: Please input the addresses in the order of your stops, including your travel schedule if possible.
In the request section: Include any special requests you have for your journey with PAPA.

★ How many stop-over points can I enter?
You can typically enter 3-5 stop-over points within the time you rented. If additional stop-over points cause the time limit to be exceeded, extra charges for the exceeded distance/time will apply.

★ Can I travel to areas outside Seoul?
Yes, if the distance falls within the time you requested, we can help you travel from Seoul to other areas. However, if there are time or distance overages during travel to other areas, additional charges will apply.

★ What if there are changes to my reservation due to sudden schedule changes?
If your reservation needs to be changed, please contact the Papa reservation center via email or DM before your scheduled service time, and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule changes.
